Romans 12:6 “Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us exercise them…”
Unfortunately, many of us look at “others” gifts and feel inadequate. Why can’t we sing, teach, lector, etc. like they can? What is wrong with me? Am I not blessed like they are?
The truth is that you have equal blessings to every Christian whoever lived on the planet, but just “different” gifts. Often, we don’t recognize them because we are too busy coveting others gifts and playing victim.
Today I also celebrate a precious gift I have received from the Lord; today is my wonderful, loving brother’s birthday!
Lord, open my eyes to see the blessings and gifts You have given me. Help me to use them to build Your kingdom. I praise You for Your gifts.
What are your gifts? How can you use them in your life to make a positive change for the world, and to glorify God?
