“365 Days of Praise”

Romans 8:28 “We know that all things work for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.”
I suggest that everyone memorize this verse! How many times in our life or career do things not work out? I have often said “show me anyone who is successful and I will show you someone who has overcome adversity.” So, how does God overcome failure? Faith! It is by faith that everything will be used for His glory when we put it on the cross of redemption. Resurrection always follows!
A very spiritual teacher once said that when we die, our life will flash before us. God will ask us if we want to change anything. If we are with the Lord, our answer will be no. Why? Because we will see that God used everything for His good and to change any of it would be to change the grace we have received from the Lord.

Lord, help me to rejoice through adversity, because, through faith, resurrection is born. I praise You for dying on the cross for my sins and breaking the bonds of suffering and death.

When life gets difficult do you get angry at God? Do you throw your spiritual hands up in the air and surrender to life’s hardships or do you surrender your suffering to Jesus Christ and ask for help? How can you find the good in life’s adversity?
