Philippians 4:9 “Keep on doing what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me. Then the God of peace will be with you.”
Persistence is critical to success in our Christian walk. We must never grow weary of doing good things for the Lord. When we are in the Lord’s grace, we live in His peace. That is our spiritual barometer. If stress, anxiety, and worry fill our thoughts, than we know we are outside of God’s will. He did not come that we should live a life of despair and worry. Rather, He came so that our life would be abundant, joyful, and full of peace.
Lord, help me to “stay the course,” so that Your peace can flow gently through me – more and more each day. I praise You for being the Prince of all peace and joy. Do you feel joy and peace in your life? When? What are some things you can do to allow God’s peace flow through you
